This is a good thing and I am sure you will agree however the only filters to narrow down the search is when the job was posted. They do have a refine button, but if you put in the type of you job you want, it brings in results from all over the world. This function only works to put in a particular area . It is worth checking this site out as it does have lots of results, however in terms of navigation and the time it will take you to find something worth while it may be better to give it a miss.
